OPRA Projects were awarded as Head Contractor to undertake the Ground Floor fit-out featuring; 10 new offices, 46 open plan workstations, new kitchen and breakout room, multiple meeting rooms, a large boardroom and reception area. Long lead times were mitigated by ordering early. Ensuring materials and furniture were available when required.
Careful coordination of trades was required during Covid -19 to ensure the safety of everyone on-site. Despite the current pandemic the Project was delivered on time and under budget.
