Baptistcare committed to a refurbishment programme of their Independent Living Units and Residential Aged-Care Units across their metropolitan and regional centres. Using a standard specification to develop consistent performance and quality, project durations for these refurbishments was critical.
By forming a core team of quality, locally owned trades and suppliers, OPRA worked with Baptistcare to deliver these upgrades on compressed programmes in a sensitive aged-care community area.
