Managing the project to the 7-week timeframe proved challenging with multiple trades already spread thin with a smaller workforce and lead times pushed due to the peak of the Covid-19 pandemic causing delays. Constant coordination was needed to manage the logistics of receiving workstations from China – Ningbo – Singapore to Fremantle on time. A plan B model was put in place in case timeframes could not be met. We worked together with the Consultants and lead Interior Designer to ensure the project design was kept and finished to OPRA Projects high expectations.
