Hometown Cannington Mechanical Upgrade and Base-Building Works

Primewest appointed OPRA Projects to complete a mechanical services upgrade, a realignment of the inter-tenancy wall between an existing tenant and an incoming tenant, and complete external modifications to the building’s façade.

The scope required OPRA to coordinate the design, structural and fire engineering as well and building services documentation for the bulky goods retail showrooms in Cannington.

Delivering the works while the existing tenant remained 100% operational was challenging and required careful planning and movement of stock on both the showroom floors and in the warehouse.

Coordinating the process for Documentation, Development Approval for external works and Building Permits, OPRA delivered the works to meet the tight time frame of the incoming tenants retail opening programme.
