A fit-out at Sophia’s Cafe for SwanCare was constructed to complete the newest retirement living facility, Akora Apartments, for SwanCares Bentley Campus.
The fit-out consisted of all new partitions, glazing and bathroom facilities and the coordinated install of furniture which was sourced separately by SwanCare and State28. Full services installations, the installation of the coffee machine and kitchen facilities and coordinating the furniture completed the OPRA scope of works and the project was handed over in just 4 weeks on-site.
Communication was key to this projects success with SwanCare being involved every step of the way.
