Thomson Geer, a successful national law firm located on Level 27, the Exchange Tower – currently occupies approximately 800sqm of office space.
To accommodate the expanding firm, Thomson Geer engaged OPRA Projects to undertake the new additional space required, located on Level 26, the Exchange Tower. The works included: demolition of existing walls, new glazed partitions, joinery and painting.
Strong stakeholder engagement coordination between the client, Rezen and OPRA was needed to complete the works to a high-quality finish and within the tight 5-week compressed timeframe.
