Zurich Insurance partnered with JLL to project manage the first project of a consolidation and relocation roll-out of new offices nation-wide. Their Perth location was new and a complete fit-out was required.
Split over two levels, the project consisted of open plan workspace, a break-out area, cellularised meeting and quiet rooms and flexible boardrooms.
Delivered on a short nine-week programme, the project was staged and required a high degree of collaboration to ensure Zurich’s workstations, and IT and security milestones were met.
