Off the back of successfully delivering the Ground Floor Office Fit-out for 10 Richardson Street, OPRA Projects were awarded to undertake the Lobby and Basement upgrades as part of the next stage of building work.
The project works included: ceiling modifications, timber batten lift surround, wallpaper, feature lighting, wall cladding, tiles, painting, signage and hardware.
The project was careful coordinated during Covid -19 with Materials sourced locally where possible to reduce delays. The blackbutt timber battens were sourced locally and fabricated
on-site to minimise long lead times.
Despite there being a pandemic, the completion of the project was on time and under budget.
