OPRA delivered the works in a 4-stage programme during a challenging labour market over the December/January shutdown period. Toyota remained 100% operational during the work, which was a challenge that required consistent site management and coordination of site operations and customer relationships. Throughout the build, OPRA priced and executed over 300K of variation works directed by the client whilst mitigating significant EOT claims for our client.
