Brodie Hall Function Centre at Technology Park is a building in the Technology Park precinct adjacent to Curtin University. The project brief was to transition Brodie Hall into an innovative hub and co-working space in addition to an event space to be used by the adjacent businesses and tenants at Technology Park.
State-of-the-art improvements were implemented that entailed audio-visual equipment for video conferencing and digital communications, a Full LED wall, green room, flexible office spaces and podcasting areas. The replacement of Mechanical and Electrical Services to achieve the WA target for climate change of net zero emissions and a new Bondor SolarSpan roofing system to the pergola to upgrade the roof safety systems.
