OPRA was awarded by Primewest to undertake the Speculative Fit-out of Level 4 Base Build Tenancy into 2x individually controlled spaces, to be fit-out concurrently, balancing two separate design/consultant teams within the same build and in a Heritage-listed building.
A local joiner was engaged to build the bespoke furniture for both projects, helping with long lead times due to the pandemic holding up shipping on materials.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the project was put on hold for some time – after being awarded the project. OPRA managed to hold onto the original price 1-year after the tender award.
Overall – managing two paired yet separate projects simultaneously, including design teams, consultants, and requirements, was successfully managed and delivered to budget and the updated timeline.
