Toll Welshpool required refurbishment and make-good for an Administration Office that had been untenanted and used for some time at their Welshpool facility.
OPRA Projects were engaged to undertake the demolition work and make good refresh of the existing Toll Office. The refurbishment required new workstations and custom joinery, a 20 pax boardroom, 5x bathroom renovations and modification of the existing HVAC to suit the new layout.
Flexibility and the ability to change items and equipment due to COVID-19 shortages meant we could meet PC on time. High stakeholder engagement was critical as the client representative was interstate, and coordination through VCs was crucial to Works being completed on time.
