Westgold Office Fitout includes a breakout area, 110 new workstations, 13 new offices, 4x boardrooms and 4x focus rooms.
This project involved the replacement of perimeter windows on level 6 – that could only be removed internally. We were able to manage these works using safety spotters on the ground level as well as on level 6. Further high-strength anchor points were then comprised on the floor – to act as a harnessing point for the workers and equipment to safely remove and re-install the glass without falling.
We were then also asked to include the addition of an office within the last week of the project. We could accommodate the complete handover within 2x weeks of being approved.
