As Murdoch University undergoes redevelopment works and integrates a Student Hub, OPRA Projects were engaged to re-purpose an assembly area at Building 126.
New flooring, partition walls, furniture, feature joinery and an upgrade of existing electrical services made up the scope of works.
As is typical in working with universities, high-level communication was required. Ensuring the many project stakeholders were well informed of works, potential impacts and efficiently mitigated.
