NGIS, a local and international geospatial technology consultancy agency, works with spatial technology and mapping in Australia and around the world.
Their new Perth head office fit-out included a secure entry zone upon entering the floor with river views from the entry point and through to the meeting rooms. A mixed-use training room with glazed, double sliding doors to extend the space to a stuff hub that flows into the breakout area and kitchen, which can also be used as a collaborative zone with hotdesks if needed. Two open-plan work zones, including designated informal hotdesks, workbenches, lockers and utility support spaces.
OPRA worked with stakeholders to complete the project on time and within budget, managing the project successfully with minimal defects.
