OneNinety, located in the Perth CBD, is a 12-story A-grade building developed by Lord McAlpine. Fiveight’s goal was to transform the building into a boutique office space in the heart of the CBD. OPRA was engaged to deliver 6x speculative fit-outs across four floors concurrently while base building upgrade works were in progress.
Stage 1 consisted of 4 separate tenancy office fit-outs over 3x floors. Stage 2 consisted of Fiveight’s Head Office Fitout. The decision to change the purpose of level 10 from a spec fit-out to Fiveight’s Head Office was made during the build meaning quick actions were needed to adjust to accommodate the changes. High-quality finishes to level 10, including exposed ceilings and raked plaster (currently the only project in WA containing this Level 7 epoxy flake flooring), were also an added element when coordinating the works.
Working in an already live environment meant managing the relationship between tenants while the base building upgrade was also taking place was especially important to deliver the project successfully.
