O’Sullivan Davies engaged OPRA to complete their new Office Fit-out on Level 21, 197 St Georges Tce and to reduce their current footprint to 600 sqm.
With an estimated 30-35 staff, they required a space that met the needs of their modern law practice but also presented as a modest, sophisticated, and professional environment to their clients and guests.
The workplace is a combination of individual offices and an open-plan work environment with supportive spaces and meeting rooms.
Despite being a 1x week delay, it was mitigated, and PC was still achieved 1x week before the tenant moved in. Overall, O’Sullivan Davies were satisfied with the delivery of the project despite the initial delay.
